Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay in Picán! The accommodation fully met our expectations – comfortable, well-equipped, and with a fantastic view from the shared areas, including the pool. The location was great for exploring the surroundings, with activities nearby. One thing to note is that the church bells nearby ring daily (from early morning), which adds a bit of local charm but might be good to be aware of. We truly enjoyed our time here and recommend this place to future guests!

The apartment is located

The apartment is beautifully located in the small village of Pican. David is the host, but the contact on-site was with Andrej. In the house, there are four apartments for rent, and Andrej also lives there. Andrej speaks Croatian and German, but not English, so we had to translate some dialogue with the help of apps and his friends in the village. We received a great welcome, and he was keen for us to have a good stay! The apartment is newly renovated and well-equipped, and the pictures match the experience. The house is adjacent to the village church, which means that the church bell rings regularly from 6 AM to 10 PM. Although the sound was loud, we got used to it and were not significantly disturbed by it. The apartment was a little smaller than we thought; however, there is a small shop where you can buy the essentials. By car, it is easy to reach both larger grocery stores and the rest of Istria. We have especially appreciated Andrej's hospitality, the terraces, and the pool area during our holiday stay!
