Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in Novigrad, Istria! This charming house is spread over two floors and offers comfortable accommodation for your family or friends. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with dining room, a cosy living room and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as an electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. On the first floor there are three cosy bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and an additional bathroom with shower and WC. Outside you will find a large terrace with barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining, while you can refresh yourself in the private pool. First time in Croatia

We were in Croatia for the first time and we really liked it. Accommodation, property, and surroundings were top-notch. Very cozy and nicely furnished bedrooms. The equipment was high-quality and very complete. The property was beautiful and surprisingly large, a nice mix of tiled terraces, a large lounging area, and the greenery of the garden. The view is breathtaking. The pool was perfect and we have no complaints. The only drawback is the distance to the place and to the sea; you need a car for everything.
