The flats are located in a family house in the most beautiful part of Porec, just 300 m from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the town centre. There are shops and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The owner of the house lives on the ground floor and there is a car park directly in front of the house. A total of 2 holiday flats are rented out in the house. The holiday flat for 4 people is located on the 1st floor of the house and is furnished in a modern style. The holiday flat has a living space of 60 m2 and consists of a living area with sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. In the courtyard of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture. Air conditioning and wireless internet access are available and included in the price.

Very nice holiday apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed.

The accommodation is centrally located between the 3 large hotels and the SportsHall, where the MDTango Festival took place. Thus, we had relatively short distances that could be quickly covered by bike. The path to the nearest beach is about 500 m on foot. On the way to the beach, you pass a bike rental. A bike costs 16 euros/day regularly, but it can be negotiated down if you book for several days. The accommodation is very quiet and in a nice house with a front garden. Air conditioning is available and works perfectly. In front of the house, there is a free parking space for guests.
