This villa is located in Kastelir, only 7 km from beautiful beaches and 12 km from Porec. Within a radius of 500-800 metres there are shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ATMs, a typical Istrian tavern, a wine road and other facilities. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC, a children's bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and a spacious balcony with wonderful panoramic views and a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. In the basement of the house there is a wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, a separate WC and a tavern with a large dining table.
