The holiday home is adjacent to the owner's storage room and has its own entrance.

There you will also find your terrace at the front (southwest), and you can also park your car in your own driveway there.

All amenities of Egmond aan Zee are within walking distance, the beach is about 200 meters and the center about 500 meters away.

From the holiday home you can walk to the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee in just a few minutes. Here there are many restaurants, shops, and a supermarket.

In this holiday home you can, of course, use the Wi-Fi free of charge. Layout, all on the ground floor:
- Driveway with entrance to the holiday home
- A spacious living room with a lovely sofa set and armchair
- A dining table for 4 people and adjoining fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and combination microwave
