Description
This residence is located in the small village of Susnjici, not far from Porec and only 3.5 km from the nearest shop and restaurant. On a large, partially fenced garden of 4,000 m2, guests have access to a communal pool of 44 m2, a car park for several vehicles, a children's swing and an oak wood for carefree play. A beautiful covered summer kitchen with barbecue and seating is also available to guests. The owner lives on the first floor of the house. The courtyard is located on a relatively busy road.
This holiday flat for 2-4 persons with a living space of 40 m2 is located on the ground floor of a detached house and consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed for 2 persons, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. At the entrance there is a lovely covered terrace with seating.

Porec area
We love the surrounding of Porec and also this Apartment was very nice - especially the big pool, garden and the cleanness.
