Nestled in the tranquility of the Marche region, between the seaside resorts of Fano and Pesaro, this charming property with a swimming pool and hot tub will leave you breathless with its surrounding landscape. Situated on a hill, the villa offers a breathtaking view over the valley and to the sea on the horizon. Thanks to its special location, you can relax in the countryside while enjoying the entertainment and cultural wonders of the area. From the villa, you can easily reach the beaches, summer stages of numerous events, affluent clubs, and excellent fish restaurants. Surrounded by a garden full of plants and fully fenced, the villa offers maximum hospitality in its outdoor areas. The saltwater pool with a hydro-massage corner and Roman step entrance is the perfect place to admire panoramic sunsets on the Adriatic coast. Guests have access to a comfortable solarium area with a shower and sun loungers, as well as a covered veranda with tables, chairs, a kitchen, and a grill. The outdoor areas are complemented by a whirlpool, a ping-pong table, and a terrace equipped with tables and chairs, where you can spend every moment of the day. A charging station for electric cars is also available.
The property extends over three levels, two of which overlook the garden. The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen and a bright living area with a fireplace. From here, a large sliding glass door leads to the covered terrace with a magnificent sea view. The floor is completed by a large double room, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be put together upon request), and a bathroom with a shower. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor with an open space (low ceiling) with two single beds suitable for teenagers/children, a double room with a shower, and an en-suite bathroom. From the ground floor, an interior staircase leads to the lower floor in a rustic style and with direct access to the garden. It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen, billiards area, double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

FANO
Fano is located on the Adriatic coast (Costa Adriatica), but is also surrounded by a hilly green landscape. Fano is one of the most famous resorts of the Adriatic and, thanks to its many attractions, art and culture, one of the most beautiful cities in the Marches. The beach is kilometers long and is predominantly sandy but also rocky. The two most famous beaches are "il Lido", in the center of Fano, and "la Sassonia", to the south. TO VISIT
The center of Fano is wonderful, and one can see dreamy buildings, squares, and monuments from the Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, and Romanesque periods. There are four tours:
THE "ROMANESQUE" FANO
The Augustus Arch (Arco di Augusto) is the symbol of the city. From there, you can head north to the city wall from the Augustan era (Mura Augustee), the archaeological area of St. Augustine (area archeologica di S. Agostino), the Romanesque Cathedral (Duomo Romanico), and the Malatestiano Palace (Palazzo Malatestiano). Augustine) and the city museum with its many finds from different eras.
THE MEDIEVAL FANO OF THE MALATESTA FAMILY
