The whole area has a size of 5000 square meters. The large pool on the ground floor immediately catches the eye, as well as the comfortable sun loungers, which are placed directly next to it.
On a living area of 200 sqm, this finca can accommodate up to 8 persons. The spacious living/dining room is nicely furnished and offers satellite TV and Internet/WLan.
In the fully equipped open plan kitchen you can prepare delicious meals.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms, 1 en suite. For the winter months a cosy pellet cooker is available.
On the covered terrace you can eat outdoors. Enjoy a barbecue with fresh products from the weekly market and enjoy the good Mediterranean cuisine.
Outside you will find a large terrace, a well-kept lawn and a 10x5m swimming pool, sun loungers are ready for you. For the little ones there is a selection of toys.
