Excelent town house at the north by Muro fields.
Lovely place located at the north of the island, where you can enjoy the tranquility and the peacefull of the area and enjoy great views to the fields.
The town house can accommodate 8 persons has two diferents levels: at the ground floor you will find a large living area and a dinning with fully equipped kitchen with all necesary for you to spend great holidays.
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, each with a double bed.
In the house there are three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub.
Outside you will find a nice size pool and garden furniture for you to start to have a lot of fun, also a bbq area for you to enjoy lovely meals with family or friends.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
