The apartment is in a vibrant neighbourhood and close to the Palais which is really handy. It is quite small and it had all the basics even though we expected a bit more for the price (additional toilet paper, kitchen paper, a clothes rack for the laundry, a couple more coffees for the machine, an additional clean cloth for the kitchen, a bit more shower and shampoo gels). We didn't appreciate the fact that, after what we paid for the apartment, 40€ cash had been asked to us twice, once through whatsapp, and once when we arrived late in the evening. I had to explain (twice) that on the belvilla website there was no mention of it, really not a great situation. They accepted to not let us pay but I didn't find it professional at all to ask for cash money twice when we didn't own them. I think who welcomes the guests shoudl know from which platform they booked and know consequentially if they own any additional money as per the deal. We had booked this apartment with you EXACTLY because there was a late check in time that fit our flight times so to be asked additional money cash twice it really felt like a scam. The free concierge service was appreciated but not used that much as we were there for the festival and didn't have much time to go around. Big dust puffs were on the floor in the living room as I put down my backpack when we arrived. Overall an average experience that could be better. I don't thin we will use this apartment again.
