On the 2nd floor you will find a large, air-conditioned living room with dining table and a large fully equipped kitchen. This floor also offers a beautiful balcony outside which has a sea view. An internal staircase leads from the 2nd floor to the gallery of the 3rd floor where a fitness room and a billiard table await you. If you like long romantic walks, the love path which starts in the neighbourhood of this house is the perfect place for you. Described by many as the most attractive hiking trail in the Crikvenica area, the love trail soon became a favourite place of many couples in love and hikers.
