Description
The vacation terraced house diseined with style is suitable for 8 persons and is divided into two floors, the first floor and the 1st floor.
From the entrance area on the first floor you enter the living room with kitchen and dining area which is fully equipped. At the back there is a separate toilet and a bedroom with its own bathroom.
From the living area you have direct access to the outdoor area.
An interior staircase leads to the 1st floor. The first bedroom is equipped with separate beds that can be put together if needed. From this room you have a beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the medieval settlement of Kotor on a nearby hill. The second bedroom has a double bed, view of the sea and the city. The third bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom, and also has a view of the sea, the town and the forest.
The third bathroom of this house is also located on the 1st floor.
The outdoor area has a partially (with a pleasantly air-permeable square terrace tarpaulin) covered terrace which is furnished with a large table and chairs and is ideal for nice cozy hours together. For this the high-quality gas grill of Weber comes only to good. Next to the swimming pool are 4 sun loungers available for sunbathing and lounging as well as an outdoor shower. The entrance area and the 2 parking spaces are video monitored.
The whole house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wifi. All rooms have a TV with satellite channels.
All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets on the windows.
