Description

Rustic stone house which was completely restored in September 2007. The owner has kept in mind that everything remains as it was a hundred years ago. In the garden there is a private pool from where you have a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Krk.
The holiday home has 2 air-conditioned rustic bedrooms with a double bed with an absolutely unobstructed view of the sea and the pool, and a third room in the attic with a single bed. Each room has its own bathroom. In one room there is a rustic bathtub right next to the beds, while the toilet is opposite in the hallway.
In the other room there is a washbasin like from "times gone by". The bathroom is directly in the room.
The holiday home is a semi-detached house with its own pool. On the other side there is a holiday home with 4 bedrooms, also with pool and separated from each other.
From the property to the beach it is 4 km and the distance to the centre is 4 km. The nearest grocery shop is 2 km from the holiday property. In 3 km you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
