Description

The holiday home "SeaView" is located at the upper end of Crikvenica and is approx. 1.3 km as the crow flies from the centre of Crikvenica and approx. 8 km from the centre of Novi Vinodolski. The sea and the beach are approx. 700 metres away as the crow flies. The house itself consists of three adjoining two-storey flats with a total of 10 rooms (7 bedrooms and 3 living rooms) and 9 bathrooms (shower, washbasin, WC). On the ground floor, each flat has direct access to its own terrace (partly covered) and the communal garden as well as the heated pool with salt electrolysis cleaning system. There is no internal connection between the flats. All rooms have their own individually controlled air conditioning. Wi-Fi inside and outside the building. The property itself is completely enclosed with a fence and wall, 930m² in size, with lawn, Mediterranean plants, stone slabs, a wooden barbecue, 5 private parking spaces and panoramic views of the sea, Velebit and the island of Krk.

Distances: Bus stop 100 metres, shop (Studenac Market) 300 metres, supermarket (Plodine) 900 metres, Liedl 2.5 km, restaurants from 650 metres, yacht harbour 850 metres, airport 17 km, beauty salon 400 metres, nail salon 200 metres.

Facilities: terrace furniture, pool loungers, garden furniture, sunshades, a cot, 3 high chairs, bed linen, hand and bath towels, internet (W-LAN free of charge), fire extinguisher.

Pool: Heatable, 8 x 4 m, 140 cm deep, seasonal availability, salt electrolysis cleaning system.

3 kitchens each with: Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge with large freezer, electric coffee machine, Nespresso machine, egg cooker, blender..

Flat 1:
Ground floor: living room with kitchen, dining table, (sofa) bed, satellite TV, a double room with French bed (width 160 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV, a utility bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine.
Upper floor: Entrance door, WC, double room 1 with double bed (width 160 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV, a private bathroom with shower and WC, double room 2 with double bed (width 160 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV, a private bathroom with shower and WC and access to the balcony with a fantastic view.

Flat 2:
Ground floor: living room with kitchen, dining table, (sofa) bed, satellite TV, a utility bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine.
First floor: Entrance door, double room 1 with double bed (width 160 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, double room 2 with double bed (width 160 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Both rooms have access to the balcony with a wonderful view.

Flat 3:
Ground floor: living room with kitchen, dining table, (sofa) bed, satellite TV, a utility bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine.
First floor: Entrance door, double room 1 with double bed (width 140 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, double room 2 with double bed (width 160 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and WC and access to the balcony with a beautiful view.

Arrival and departure: Can be arranged individually in low season. In high season, departure is until 10:00 and arrival from 16:00.

IMPORTANT: Non-smoking house, no pets, pool heating extra (it is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the heating is to be booked), 7 double rooms and 3 sleeping places in the living rooms on the couches, as well as another 2 sleeping places on mobile beds.

Location and surroundings of object

Crikvenica has been not only a seaside resort but also a health resort for over 120 years. The mild climate alleviates and cures illnesses such as asthma, heart disease and circulatory problems all year round. Traditional festivals include the "Days of Crikvenica" (in August) and the "Fishermen's Week" (in September). During the economic event "Days of Croatian Products", tourists are offered top Croatian products (the ham "Prsut", regional cheese, the famous "Schliwowitz", liqueur Julischka, the wine from the island of Krk "Vrbnicka Zlahtina" and much more).

Geographically, Crikvenica is located in the middle of the Kvarner Bay, only 35 km from the large port city of Rijeka and 17 km from Krk Airport, and has become a popular holiday destination.

The beach promenade connects four towns and offers the opportunity for a long walk or a nice bike ride.

Beautiful view

The holiday house is well equipped. It is neat and clean. The reception was very friendly. If you have any questions or problems, you could contact the nice landlord. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea every day. If you don't need to be close to the beach and enjoy the tranquility, this is the perfect place for you. The beach can be easily reached on foot. Only the way back is uphill and exhausting. In this case, you can take the bus, which stops in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. All in all, we had a nice and relaxing stay and would recommend the holiday house.

Top equipped accommodation with a beautiful view.

The accommodation is very clean and has everything from egg cookers to mixers to salad spinners. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the beach is within walking distance. If you want to save the walk (15 minutes there, 20-30 minutes uphill on the way back), there is a bus stop (less than a minute's walk away) where the bus passes almost every hour and a clean, large pool that is perfect for cooling off and where the pool boy takes care of the desired temperature. If you have any problems, you will be helped immediately and there are plenty of shops nearby, which are also easily accessible on foot. In the accommodation, there is enough space both outside and inside to gather up to 16 people and all rooms have air conditioning and windows with shutters.

In summary, it can be said that it is a newly furnished accommodation where you will find everything you need and thanks to its location, you have an ideal view of the sea.

A dream of a house

We were 10 people (3 families), there are 3 living in the house, which was an absolute dream, everyone had their own area.
The furnishings were great and everything you needed was there.
New furniture for the garden also came in between, which we thought was great. We also had nice contact with the owner, because we were the first ones in the house this year. The whole property was a dream, especially the view of the sea in the morning. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.
