This beautiful holiday home with a pool spans a total of 168 m² across two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fireplace, as well as a separate toilet. From the dining room, you have access to a lovely covered terrace with a magnificent view of Motovun and the greenery. A bedroom with a double bed and its own shower/toilet is also located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own bath/toilet. On this floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and a spacious balcony with seating, from which a magnificent view of the green landscape can be enjoyed.

Smaller pets are possible upon request.

Youth groups are not allowed.

Villa Casa Katharina is a newly built house in the Istrian style, located on the edge of Vižinada with a beautiful panoramic view of Motovun and the green interior of Istria, just a 20-minute drive from Porec. The tourist resort Lanterna with its beautiful and well-maintained pebble and rocky beaches is only 17 km away. Nearby the house, there are several wine and olive oil roads as well as several well-known wineries. For cycling enthusiasts, there is also the Parenzana bike/hiking trail nearby.
