Magnificent villa, newly renovated in Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain with wonderful sea view and private pool for max. 8 people. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area at the foot of Montgo mountain and is 4 km from La Marineta Cassiana beach and from the port and marina in Denia.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. On the upper level, there is an open-plan living area and an open, modern kitchen, as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and on the lower level a small living area and a bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation offers privacy, a beautiful chlorine-free pool, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, various terraces and vantage points to enjoy the magnificent views of the bay, the sea, the castle of Denia, and the city. Sports activities, attractions, and numerous beaches in the surrounding area make this villa an ideal place for your vacation in Spain. The layout of the house is very suitable for families and multigenerational groups or even a group of friends looking for relaxation and a quiet place to unwind. Finca Serena is not a suitable place for parties! However, your pet is also welcome.
