This nice apartment hotel has four floors and features a lift, a small indoor swimming pool and hammam (in the basement), as well as washing machines and dryers. The reception can be found in the 4-star hotel Paris, around the corner (less than 100 m). Here you can use the wonderful outdoor swimming pool for free (open between April and October, depending on the weather); it's situated in a leafy garden with loungers and parasols. For a fee, you can also have breakfast here, enjoy a drink in the pleasant bar or use the parking garage.
Appart Hôtel Villa Annette enjoys a very central location in Cannes; everything is within walking distance: the famous La Croisette boulevard, the beautiful sandy beach of with its luxurious beach pavilions, the old neighbourhood of Le Suquet, the Palais des Festival and the train station. Cannes is a mundane coastal resort and a great place to go shopping, dining or to enjoy the nightlife.

Appart Hôtel Villa Annette offers you an excellent location for work or holiday in a fantastic city. It features a very favourable location in the centre of Cannes, near the 'Voie Rapide'. La Croisette boulevard is only 300 m away; a great place for a stroll. The posh shopping street Rue d'Antibes is around the corner. An ideal starting point to explore all the highlights of the Côte d'Azur and Provence. Flamboyant Nice, royal Monte-Carlo and vibrant Saint-Tropez are nearby and all worth a visit. Daytrips along the beautiful red rocks of the the Estérel coastal mountain range near the well-worn Gorges-du-Verdon are also possibilities.

The parking garage is quite narrow and is not suitable for big cars.
