Welcome to Sattendorf on Lake Ossiach, surrounded by lakes, mountains, and very close to Carinthia's tourist attractions. From the apartment on the first floor of the chic house at Nussallee 2, you can reach the lido, the boat docking station, the tourist office, and the train station within a few minutes on foot. It is only 1.6 km to the Gerlitzen Alpe mountain cable cars. In winter, a ski bus operates.
The approximately 200 square meter apartment offers enough space and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a balcony with a wonderful lake view. Pets are not allowed. The 30 sqm apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen-living room, and a sun-drenched south-facing balcony with a magnificent lake and mountain view. A garden with a pool, sun loungers, and a grill is also available.
Numerous hiking trails can be started directly from the house, and the Finsterbacher waterfalls are within a short walking distance. Cyclists, water sports enthusiasts, and skiers also find an ideal starting point for their activities here. There are many excursion possibilities in close proximity that make Carinthia so attractive, such as Landskron Castle with Eagle Arena and Monkey Mountain. Numerous shopping opportunities are reachable in just a few minutes (4 km).

Great, we are absolutely satisfied.
The landlord was friendly and helpful, and the communication went smoothly. We were absolutely satisfied with the apartment; it is well-equipped, everything you need is available. The location is also good, with a view of Lake Ossiachersee and not far from waterfalls. There are numerous shopping options nearby. The beach has even two sun loungers attached. The only thing that disturbed was the road that ran right next to it, but with closed windows it was fine. The only thing I missed were the beer glasses ?, but that's not so bad either. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
