The facilities of the urbanisation with sea views could not be more complete. The floor is completed with a bathroom with shower. On the upper level we have the master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower and the last bedroom with trundle bed. The third bathroom with bathtub is also on this level. In the house you will find washing machine, iron, ironing board, as well as cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.
The property is located only 400 metres from the beach of Real Zaragoza, a quiet and familiar beach with shallow waters and some beach bars. In the area, you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It is located in a wonderful family urbanization where you will be able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday.
The swimming pool is open from June to September from 11h to 21h. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival.

Beautiful place with a kind of sea view, It is quiet on the complex, We had little to no trouble from the road, There are two terraces, one of which is shady, There are good tennis and paddle courts and a nice swimming pool, Pay attention to the opening times, We were lucky that there was a lifeguard for a few days who opened the pool, but normally it only opens after June 1st, The beach was also very quiet when we were there, which we really liked,
