Discover the perfect getaway in the 2-room apartment Minerva in Les Issambres with exclusive views over the valley facing southwest to the Bay of Saint Tropez, for up to 4 guests. On a living area of 37 square meters, this charming apartment offers a bright, tastefully furnished living/dining/kitchen area. From here, you step directly onto the sunny balcony with a seating group and a swinging lounger. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower/bathtub/WC, all perfect for a relaxing holiday, as cozy as at home. In the living area with 2 large couches, 2 additional guests can sleep comfortably.
There is an air conditioner in both the living room and bedroom, which also serves as heating in cooler seasons.
The apartment is located in a secure, very quiet complex (Residence) with a large infinity pool and has its own ground-level entrance (also accessible barrier-free). Parking is secure directly above the apartment.
Enjoy relaxing hours of sunshine until the evening on the loggia, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape and the sea up to the Bay of St. Tropez.
The apartment features a very well-equipped kitchenette with: 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave/grill/convection oven, electric and manual coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, kettle, ideal for preparing small snacks or delicious meals. A mobile reverse osmosis water filter system guarantees water of the highest quality for drinking and cooking.
The living room is cozy, bright, and modernly furnished and invites you to relax or dine in style. It offers a TV (flat screen) with firestick to receive your familiar channels (via hotspot). With the radio or the Bose Bluetooth box, you can listen to music of your choice. The two large couches, each 80x200 cm with slatted frames, are perfect places to relax or serve as 2 additional sleeping places. For our very young guests, there is a children's hanging chair and a baby bed with changing mat.
The double bed in the bedroom (160x200 cm) is very comfortable and can guarantee you a restful night's sleep (recommended by guests!).
The bathroom features a bathtub with integrated shower, large washbasin, WC, and hairdryer.
The entire apartment is non-smoking.
Air conditioning, electric heating, fan, washing machine, drying rack, 2 folding high chairs for bathroom or balcony, cot, baby bouncer and hanging chair; various beach furniture (beach mat, sun umbrella, pop-up beach tent, 2 camping chairs) and boules balls for free use complete the offer perfectly.
In our holiday home, you benefit from personal advice from the owners and on-site service by our concierge Cindy. She welcomes, informs, personally hands over the keys, and takes care of the final inspection & cleaning of the apartment. A "linen package" can also be booked with her at a reasonable price. Contactless access is also possible via a key safe.
The secure Residence Bellevue offers a (20 x 6 m large + 80-175 cm deep) infinity pool with breathtaking sea views, providing refreshment and fitness from May to October. An extra children's pool also gives the little ones a great time. Boules courts and 2 tennis courts are available for sporting activities. Free parking is available around the complex. A separate parking space for disabled people also offers our guests ground-level access to the apartment.

The small seaside resort is idyllically and beautifully situated between the towns of Frejus/St. Aygulf & Ste. Maxime, on a varied coastline with rocky coves and several magnificent, unique beaches, along the picturesque Massif des Maures. Pretty villas and terraced holiday residences in Provençal architectural style nestle on the extremely green, pine, cork oak, and mimosa-covered southern slope. Not a high-rise in sight! A bit more luxurious is the neighboring town of Ste. Maxime, 8 km away, or St. Tropez (22 km) for strolling or more action. In tranquil Les Issambres itself, you will find lovely shops, bars, and restaurants; on Monday mornings there is a market in San Peire in the center of Les Issambres.
