Welcome to Casa Janina, your perfect holiday destination in sunny Miami Playa in the Tarragona region. This luxurious holiday home offers space for up to 8 guests in 120 square metres of living space, consisting of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The house impresses with its stylish interior, which is decorated in warm wood tones and creates a cosy atmosphere. The bathroom has high-quality sanitary ware and a shower, which is designed in soft purple and wood tones.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. In addition, the house has a washing machine and an iron so that you always have fresh clothes at your disposal, even on longer journeys.
The living room is inviting, with comfortable furniture, a TV and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. A high chair is available for the youngest guests.
Outside, you will find a beautiful garden with a barbecue area, ideal for socialising with family or friends. A balcony offers a marvellous view of the surrounding area.
A garage and an additional car park are available for your vehicles. The entire property is allergy-friendly.
A special highlight is the private swimming pool, which offers a welcome cool-down on hot days. Surrounded by green lawns and cosy sun loungers, this is the perfect place to relax and sunbathe.

Location and surroundings of object
Miami Playa is located in the heart of the Costa Dorada, 30 kilometres south of Tarragona. A place with a special Mediterranean microclimate.
Access is via the N340 national road and the AP7 motorway (exit 37). Recently there is a motorway that runs parallel to the Autopista and is toll-free. The railway station is in Hospitalet de Infant, the airport in Reus (25 km away) (Costa Brava). The journey can also be made by international bus lines.
The coast is full of changing scenery with hidden coves and wonderful fine sandy beaches with clean, clear water. Nature lovers will find beautiful mountain landscapes with typical villages and great views nearby.
Miami Playa offers many shopping opportunities.
It is particularly popular with families because of its fine sandy beaches and leisure facilities.

Can recommend it to others
Unfortunately, the weather was not so nice. However, we still sat on the covered terrace every day. All in all, we can recommend the villa with a clear conscience. Many thanks to the owners and the caretaker.
