Relax with a barbecue on the terrace or refresh yourself in the spacious pool. The pool measures 7x4 and is 140 cm deep. During the pool heating period, the pool water is heated to a maximum of 25 degrees Celsius. The house is surrounded by greenery and offers an idyllic view of nature, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Also, the property offers a parking space for your vehicle for additional comfort, which is free of charge and does not require a reservation.

The house is rented exclusively, so no other guests will stay in it while you are there. Parties in the house are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house or in the treehouse. It is allowed on the terrace and in the garden. During the period when the pool needs to be heated, the pool water is heated to a MAXIMUM of 25 degrees Celsius. The house is thoroughly cleaned after each check-out. All bed linen, towels, tablecloths, and dishcloths are washed at the Dry Cleaners to ensure your safety. It is forbidden to make noise from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Contact with the owner is kept to a minimum, and he can be contacted at any time via: e-mail, Viber, and WhatsApp.
The tourist tax is already included in the rental price, as well as the cost of electricity and water, bed linen and towels, and cleaning after your departure.
1 pet is allowed (2 on request) and there is no charge for it.
Upon arrival and departure, guests will be greeted by the hosts.
Guests can check in from 4 p.m. 00:00 to 20:00. If guests are delayed due to traffic, we kindly ask them to inform us of their approximate arrival time. Departure is no later than 10:00 in the morning. Since the hosts do not live near the house, we ask guests to inform us a day or two before departure of the approximate departure time.

I can only recommend it further.

Mega great accommodation, I have never had a vacation home with such a great range of amenities.
The property as well as the pool are perfect for relaxing, and it is nice and quiet, not surrounded by many houses.

Simply top!!
