This impressive house features idyllic exteriors, where the protagonist is the wonderful chlorine pool, 10 x 5 m and a depth of 1.6 to 1.8 m. It is surrounded half by lawn and half by a fantastic terrace with 8 sun loungers and a wooden structure, under which you can have breakfast or prepare delicious barbecues. At the other side of the house, there is a large terrace to take an appetiser in calm as well.

It is a three-storey house, where a spectacular and modern kitchen-living-dining room welcomes you, apart from being the ideal room where taste your best dishes prepared on the ceramic hob and rest watching TV-SAT. S’Estanyol is a beautiful urbanisation belonging to Colònia de Sant Pere situated next to it, which characterized by being an old fishing town that even nowadays it conserves that tradition.
