This house preserves the typical rural Mallorcan architecture from the 18th century although it was restored in the 2000 and it features wide views to the countryside. The 28000 m2 property invites to have long walks while breathing the environment and it is perfect for a vacation surrounded by nature. The accommodation is ideal for families or groups of friends since it features wide exterior spaces where you can relax, as well as a salted pool, sizing 6.8 x 2.8 metres and with a 0.90 to 1.55 metres depth which invites to take a refreshing dip. Just by the pool, you will find 5 sun loungers to sunbathe or disconnect. You can also organise a fantastic barbecue at the terrace, where you will find a table and chairs under a vine arbour perfect for summer meals! There is a second exterior kitchen which still keeps the wood oven and a fireplace.
Inside, the open concep kitchen with dining area is provided with all elements and utensils needed so that you can cook your favourite dishes with the fruits and vegetables just collected from the garden of the property. At the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa where you can watch satellite TV or play some of the board games available. There are two shower bathrooms on the ground floor and one more with a bathtub upstairs. When it is time to go to rest, this house offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with views to the patio, three of them with a wardrobe. On the main floor there is one bedroom with two twin beds, and the rest are located on the first floor, where two bedrooms come with two twin beds each, and the last one offers a double bed. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available.
The house is about 1.8 km from Costitx where you will find the beasic services like a supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurats, etc. If you love stars and astronomy, you will be delighted to know that the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca is only 2.2 kmk away. Although this is a quiet area, it is possible you hear the planes going by. Located in the centre of Mallorca, the rest of the island is easily reachable: the capital -Palma- or the Tramuntana mountain range are just 40 minutes away by car. In about 30 minutes you will reach the beaches in the north like Puerto de Alcúdia, Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.

The rooms were comfortable and air-conditioned, which was a blessing during the hot days. Each room had a nice view of the courtyard.
