The houses' exteriors are beautiful, ideal for summer holidays! There's a spacious terrace with several loungers and a porch where you can enjoy great al fresco dining. Maybe you fancy a tasty barbecue? There are more terraces and porches on the first floor where you can enjoy nice views over the village. As this house is in the village, there are neighbors nearby.

Indoors, the rustic styled rooms with well kept furniture are distributed on two floor. There's a living-dining room with space for six guests on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas stove and the most important utensils for cooking. Also on the ground floor you'll find a shower bath. The two bedrooms are on the first floor (one with double bed and one with twin beds). All bedrooms come with a closet. There's another shower bath on the first floor. If you travel with your baby, there's a cot and a high chair. Furthermore, the house provides you with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This charming house is set in the center of Porreres, a very genuine town located in the center of Majorca. Services like supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need for your stay can be found in Porreres. If the beach is what you're searching for, the nearest sand beach is called Ses Covetes and it is 22 km away. Visit also the market of Porreres, every Tuesday, and buy fresh groceries from the local farmers. Furthermore, the area is known for its well-preserved windmills. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden.
