This beautifully renovated flat is perfect for lovers of the coast. It invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast on the terrace to recharge your batteries and walk just a few steps to the beach for a great day, swimming in crystal clear waters or sunbathing on fine white sand. On the way back, you can't miss lunch or dinner in the open air again.

Inside this first floor flat, without lift, you will feel at home, thanks to the renovated and modern atmosphere. The living-dining room, with A/C, is ideal for enjoying a delicious meal and then sitting down to chat or relax in the company of the Smart TV. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, offers everything you need for cooking and a laundry area, equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, one with a double bed and access to a small terrace, and the other with two single beds. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair. Better than I expected at this price point. The flat was clean and had a modern vibe that made it feel inviting. Enjoyed coffee on the terrace each morning before heading to the beach, just a quick stroll away.
