Emma's place is beautiful and fully equipped for a short stay, It is located in a fantastic area, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance, The only problem during our stay was that the air conditioning was not working due to a fixable issue, We contacted Emma who informed us that CheckMyGuest would send someone to repair it, but unfortunately, this never happened and we had to endure our entire stay without air conditioning, Nevertheless, we still suggest staying here,

Everything was amazing! The location is truly stunning, spotless, and inviting, It has everything you could possibly want, It might get a bit loud outside in the daytime, but it's peaceful at night, I've been working remotely and spent a lot of time in the apartment, and it was very cozy, No issues with the water, The kitchen is fully stocked, and there's a large supermarket a 5-minute walk away, The bed is incredibly plush, soft, and spacious, I would highly recommend this spot for solo adventurers or couples,

The place was amazing, exactly as described, and very well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, and a very cozy bed, Finding the apartment was a bit tricky since the instructions mentioned the 2nd floor, but the building had two separate 2nd floors connected by a passage on the 1st floor, Upon our arrival, we faced an issue with the cleanliness of the accommodation, but what stood out was the quick response from Joffrey and his team via the CheckMyGuest app, They informed us that the cleaning team would be there within an hour, and true to their word, two cleaners arrived promptly, refreshed the place, provided new towels and bedding, all to our complete satisfaction, The location is excellent, although the street outside could get a bit noisy in the evenings and late nights, Nevertheless, it's a fantastic location as we could easily explore the city on foot, enjoying great food and drinks, Definitely a wonderful home base for exploring Porto,

Very spacious and comfortable studio, very well arranged with its large kitchen. Cleanliness, everything was impeccable. Well located, shopping street with grocery store, convenient. We did all the visits on foot. The table and chairs are a bit impractical for eating. Some hardware needs to be reviewed in the bathroom.

Location and decoration, It is not visible that you have to pay a €500 deposit that is only refunded later, The communication with the checkmyguest web/app is terrible, The entrance door to the building has a trick to open, you have to pull the door towards you to be able to open it without any problem,

Location was great on a quiet street but could still walk everywhere, bed was really comfortable, loved having a stove and large fridge, The company managing the property have such poor communication, Very difficult to deal with during our stay, They offered us early check in but never checked for our response so we arrived expecting to check in early and then had to wait around for 3 more hours, On our first night the aircon broke, we let them know straight away but no one ever came to fix it (we stayed 6 days) thankfully it wasn’t a super hot week while we were there, Unfortunately this spoiled a rather lovely stay overall,

A really nicely decorated studio and it was very large , The bed is a super king and was very comfortable, We didn',t use the kitchen at all but if you did want to cook everything was there that you need , Location wise it',s in the centre but at the top part so about a 15 min walk down to the river which is a lovely walk down but not so much up , Loads of restaurants and bars around , Nice place downstairs to have great coffee, We would definitely stay here again if in porto , Air-conditioning wasn',t working , it wasn',t hot so that wasn',t an issue, There is some damp on the wall by the window on the left that needs addressing urgently,

It was directly in the center, over many cafes and restaurants which was great, Expect it to be louder at night, because it’s in the middle of the busy part of town, The windows isolate the sounds pretty well, Contact was ok, it is a French company that rents the apartments, so all contact was only through phone and text to Paris, there was no contact person that was directly in the city,

Very nice apartment with generous amenities and a top location. During the stay, they checked in occasionally to see if we had any wishes or problems. The apartment provides everything you need and desire. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather at the beginning of May, as it rained a lot, resulting in long queues at the attractions. It is advisable to reserve a table for restaurants, as it is otherwise very difficult to find something available.
