I had the good fortune to come across this brand new apartment. The building is luxurious; I felt like I was in a hotel. Everything in the apartment is new and clean. The high-end appliances allowed us to cook that same evening. The decor of the living room and bedrooms was fantastic. The quick stroll to the flea market just 2 minutes away was a nice bonus! Looking forward to my return to Paris.

The stay was fantastic, the host responded quickly to every message, the space was neat, it's a new building, the apartment is fairly new, it has just been completed, weekdays are quite noisy due to ongoing construction, they are currently building the second complex across the street, Quite disappointing as you expect peace and quiet, Unfortunately, the heating was not working as it was not connected yet, It was fixed with a small portable heater, but the space is too large for it to be effective, On Saturday, there was even drilling noise until 9 pm, In our view, the apartment should not have been rented out yet, and if it was, it should not have been at full price.

I mean, who doesn't love being a stone's throw from the famous Saint-Ouen flea market? The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. We felt at home. Just a little warning, parking can be a bit tricky, but honestly, it was worth it for the experience. We would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The neighborhood is so peaceful, and we hardly heard any noise from the neighbors. The entrance and the garden are magnificent, and having two metro stations 10-15 minutes away on foot made access to the center of Paris super convenient. Moreover, we could walk to Montmartre in about half an hour. We spent our days exploring the city, and coming back was always a breeze. A big thank you for the coffee capsules — it was a delight to enjoy our morning coffee like at home!
