The location is fantastic, near metro station 13, coffee shops, and grocery stores within a 10-minute walk, The walls and doors are a bit thin, allowing you to hear everything happening in the building, It would be nice to have some indoor slippers since there is no underfloor heating, Communication was excellent, as we received all the necessary check-in information through automated responses without having to contact the host directly,

Great location next to the subway station, We quickly located it, the directions were superb, We had a pleasant stay but encountered a few issues: We couldn't dispose of anything in the toilet, which was inconvenient as there was only an open basket,,, The floor was slightly dirty, And the kettle didn't function properly,

Very good value for money, the neighborhood is quiet, the building is very close to the metro, small but sufficient (attention bed of 120), No worries for the key on arrival and departure, A supermarket that closes late downstairs, Very good!
