Very good stay in a warm and quiet accommodation. The only small downside regarding the check-out time of the accommodation, compensated by the host's suggestions for nearby luggage storage.

My stay in this charming little studio was fantastic. Perfect for a solo or couple's stay, it is ideally located on the lively Rue de Bagnolet and easily accessible by transport. With the windows closed, the apartment is very well insulated from noise. The arrival instructions are very clear, and self-check-in is a plus for late arrivals. I highly recommend it!

The flat is in a good location, There is a subway station nearby, plenty of stores, bakeries, and eateries, It had all the necessities, although some of the dishes were unclean, The flat is situated on the 6th floor without an elevator, This wasn't an issue for us, but some visitors might require this information, While we were there, the temperature outside was around 15 degrees and there was no heating inside the flat, We inquired with the host about the option to switch on the radiator, but received no response,

Lovely little apartment for two in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to the metro and bus, The only downside was that the heating wasn't working at all, Despite reporting the issue to Joffrey, we didn't receive any solution, which was frustrating as we had to endure 4 days in November in a cold apartment,

Overall, our stay was good, but the only issue we encountered was that the apartment was much smaller than expected from the photos, It was quite cramped for two people, However, the location was convenient, just 4 minutes from the metro station, The apartment was well-equipped with a microwave, hairdryer, iron, and other necessary amenities, It was clean and offered good value for the price, The host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with,

Just a few steps from the metro and many dining options nearby, The apartment was well equipped with everything we could ask for, including heating, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a microwave, The hot water was excellent and the WiFi worked perfectly, Moreover, the view of the city was beautiful!
