The holiday home is newly built in 2023/2024 and will be available to our guests from the end of March 2024.

It is a wooden house with modern furnishing details.

Living room with floor-to-ceiling windows.
A wood-burning stove provides a cosy and snug atmosphere even in the cold season.
The living area has a cosy sofa corner and an armchair as well as a large dining area.
The new and modern kitchen is fully equipped and is also integrated into the living area.
From the living area, holidaymakers have direct access to the two new terraces and the fully fenced garden. Garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and a barbecue are available.
There are two bedrooms in total.
One with a double bed & chest of drawers and another with two single beds.
The modern bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower and a daylight window.
The garden is completely fenced in.
A car parking space and an electric charging station are available to our guests.
Wifi is available free of charge.

This holiday home is characterised by its quiet but central location.
The fenced garden is ideal for guests with children and dogs.
The surrounding area with beaches is very easy to reach and cycle tours can also start directly from the house.

The holiday home is located in the small village of Grundhof, just a few minutes from Langballig and Glücksburg.
The connection via the B199 offers fast and good connections to the neighbouring villages and the nearby beaches.
Langballig beach can be reached in just under 5 minutes by car.
There is a large beach area with a playground, cafés and restaurants.
The town of Glücksburg and its beaches Holnis and Sandwig are also within easy reach.

Travelling
You can arrive by car via the A7 motorway.
Take the Flensburg exit.
From Flensburg, simply follow the signs to Glücksburg.
Here you will receive your key and all information about the holiday home at our office.
The key may remain in the property on the day of departure.
