The Obstgarten holiday home is a former café with a large garden and plenty of terrace space.
It was refurbished as a holiday home in 2019 and now offers guests relaxing days on the Schlei.
The thatched roof house offers a new fitted kitchen with dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
The living area is furnished with natural wood flooring and has a sofa set with sleeping function and a cosy recliner.
In addition to the sofa bed, which sleeps 2 people, there are also 3 bedrooms in this holiday home.
One with a double bed and wardrobe and two smaller single rooms, each with a single bed.
In total, this holiday home sleeps 6 people.
There is an additional small study and reading room off the living room.
The bathroom has also been completely renovated and has a floor-to-ceiling shower and a washing machine.
All living areas are on the ground floor.
A staircase leads to the 1st floor.
Here there is an additional guest WC and a storage room, which can be used for luggage or clothes
Clothes can be used.
The green garden offers a total of 3 patio areas and a sunbathing lawn.
Garden furniture, barbecue and parasol are available.
Car parking spaces and bicycle stands as well as a small garden shed are also located directly at the house.

The holiday home is located in the village of Kappel, directly on the Schlei.
Just a few steps away from the Schleibrücke bridge, you can watch the sailing ships and paddle steamers sailing directly from your own property.
The cycle path is only a few steps away from the house.
Bicycle tours to Olpenitz, Schönhagen or Maasholm can be started directly from the holiday home.
In Kappeln there is a shopping street, numerous cafés and restaurants.
Daily boat trips, yacht charters, sailing tours or fishing trips offer plenty of variety in the leisure programme.
Numerous Baltic Sea beaches of the Weidenfelder Strand are within easy reach.
There is also a large dog beach section for guests with dogs at Weidenfelder Strand.
