Description
Casa Andalucia is situated on a 2000m² plot on the edge of a small Spanish village. The house has a large living/dining area, an open-plan kitchen, two large bedrooms, a utility room, a bathroom and a guest toilet. There is also a large terrace, a garden with an outdoor barbecue. The pool (approx. 8x4 m) was completed at the beginning of March 2012. The pool is fenced so that small children can only enter when accompanied by an adult. Partial renovation of the rental property in 2022

Location and surroundings of object
The interesting Andalusian town of Vejer is just 7 km away. The coastal towns of Barbate (17km), Conil (12km) and Chiclana (30km) are within easy reach. From there you can organise boat trips, diving or surfing courses. Cadiz (40km), Gibraltar (100km), Jerez (70km), Seville (150km) and many smaller towns are ideal for city trips and sightseeing.

Arrival airports: Jerez (70km), Seville (150km) and Malaga (230km). From Jerez airport, take the A4 motorway in the direction of Cadiz as far as the Algeciras exit. Continue on the A48 towards Algeciras until the La Muela exit. Take the CA4200 road in the direction of La Muela. After 3 km turn left towards "Patria". Drive 2 km until you reach the Carnicas Alcazar hall. From there you will be accompanied to the holiday home.
