We offer you an apartment completed in November 2023 with approximately 75 sqm of living space and a roof terrace of 35 sqm, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with large showers, separate kitchen, living-dining area with access to the roof terrace. This offers you a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Denia. The apartment is located in the new residential complex Marina Real 3 and, in addition to an underground parking space with a lockable storage area for bicycles, has a large communal pool and a small fitness studio.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and can be reached by elevator or staircase. The elevator goes down to the underground garage. Behind the apartment entrance there is a wardrobe and the entrance to a separate, modern, and well-equipped kitchen. To the left, a hallway leads to the 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Straight ahead you enter the living and dining area. This is very modernly furnished with a large dining table, a comfortable 2-seater sofa, and an armchair. There are 2 televisions with satellite TV, in the living room and in one of the double bedrooms. The rooftop terrace can be reached via a staircase (20 steps) from the living room. In addition to a comfortable terrace sofa, a large dining table, a grill, and 2 sun loungers, there is also a modern jacuzzi for up to 4 people. A large pergola provides shade for the seating area and the dining table.
The kitchen offers every comfort and is very fully equipped. In addition to an induction cooktop with extractor hood, there is an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine (Nespresso), a large fridge-freezer combination, and a small breakfast bar.
The two bedrooms are equipped with a built-in wardrobe and a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm).

The apartment has a central air conditioning system with a heating function for the somewhat cooler days, which can be easily operated in the living room via a control unit.

For our little guests, there are several playgrounds and a skate park nearby.
Denia has a modern district hospital; you will also find German doctors and specialists.
