The Elegant Apartment near Parc de Vincennes was a fantastic choice for our family vacation! The apartment was spacious and well-furnished, with enough room for all six of us. I loved the cozy decor and how clean everything was upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to explore Paris. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and even let us check in early, which we greatly appreciated. All in all, a great stay that I would highly recommend!

This place exceeded our expectations! The renovation was done beautifully and we appreciated the spaciousness. The subway was just a short walk away, which was very convenient.

Pro: Nice neighborhood. Good instructions. Apartment is tidy.
Con: Electricity occasionally went out. Because of that, we couldn't get back into the apartment, someone else had to let us in. That's very inconvenient. Also, there is a missing curtain in the small bedroom. And the dishwasher smells a bit strange.

Visually, it is a nice apartment, but clearly worn and in need of significant renovation! CLEANED IS DIFFERENT! In one bathroom, the rain shower doesn't work, in the other there's a tub, no shower curtain, and a handheld shower without a wall holder, there are cracks in the sink, and the dishwasher smells bad, does not smell (! The drainage is inadequate, the dishes are greasy to simply dirty, there are crumbs on the chairs, stains on the sofa, in one bedroom there is a roller shutter crank but no roller shutter, the toilet and both bathrooms are ventilated through the apartment, not through a vent. There is only one toilet, but this is clear from the description. Getting into the apartment is somewhat reliant on luck. There is a description for the front door, but it's more of a guessing game (fortunately, the caretaker helped us). The one for the apartment entrance door is good, but you have to pull on the door handle parallel (!), otherwise the door won't open. (Just an old, need-to-be-replaced (! ) lock!) Two stars for the appearance and location of the apartment, for the rest 0-1 star!
