I strongly discourage this rental. The concierge service, supposed to be modern and digitized, made my arrival extremely complicated. It took more than ten phone calls and seven emails before they finally deemed it necessary to give me the name and number of the person in charge of handing over the keys. A total waste of time and unnecessary stress. Upon arrival, another disappointment: the apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, which is quite surprising for a so-called modern residence. The toilets are very poorly designed, a piece of furniture placed right above makes access to the bowl particularly difficult — you almost have to be a contortionist to sit down. The icing on the cake: the concierge doesn't even know the property they manage! I was told there was no dishwasher... when there is indeed one on site. A total lack of professionalism from start to finish. Fortunately, Sohaib, the person present on site, knows the apartment perfectly and was the only one to really help. Without him, the experience would have been even worse.
