The House " Bella Fagus " is a charming country house located in the heart of the "Pays d'Auge" in Normandy. In authentic half-timbered construction, with its terracotta floor and timbered ceiling, you will appreciate the warm atmosphere in summer and as well as in winter around the fire place. Our cottage opens for you its doors for a weekend, a week or more. You will be welcomed and everything will be done to make your stay a memory in the countryside and with the best comfort.

Many sporting activities are available such as horse riding, horse racing, golf, sailing ... Also, you can also enjoy your weekend by visiting the many flea markets held in the region. Around the cottage, you will find a very wide range of sporting activities or relaxation. The cottage is situated approximately 15 minutes from the beaches of Deauville and Cabourg. You can spice up your stay by visiting the traditional surrounding villages, the landing beaches, the Swiss Normandy, the Cotentin, the Pays d'Auge and enjoy the many cultural events organized by the region such as festivals (Deauville American Film Festival, Cinema Romantic Cabourg, the Equi'days ...).

Great house nice landlords
The house is in a very nice location. Close to the city and equipped with everything you need. The landlords are very nice and helpful. We would love to come back anytime!

Maison precaire
Consommation d'électricité importante, obligation de monter la température des chauffages pour avoir un minimum de chaleur, bois humide, hygiène moyenne (douche, vaisselle...) salle de bain qui prend l'eau, isolation mauvaise, contrat de location non valable

Mon gîte n est pas une maison "précaire". Construite il y a 10ans par un specialiste en colombage , iC est une vrai maison normande avec les avantages du neuf . Isolation aux normes actuelles. Radiateurs haut de gamme Rothelec. Nous livrons notre bois mis sous abris chez nous et ensuite à l abri dans une caisse au gîte . Ces personnes ont loué la semaine 390€ , je leur ai offert les draps , il avait 200kwattvinclus dans leur tarif ! Et ensuite c est 0,08ct le kwatt, A leur depart on a releve le compteur , cela faisait 29€ , ce qui etait raison able vu les temperatures tres froides du 11 janvier au 19 , C est une maison asset grande 3chambres et deux salle de Bain . Pour deux personnes c est un peu trop grand . C etait leur choix. Ils ont donc refuse de ma payer . J etait tres contrariee , et leur ai dit que ce etait au dessus de leur moyen , qu il fallait louer plus petit . Je n ai pas eu mon argent et ils m ont offert ce super blog .
Ce n est pas normal , sur internet on peut faire tort aux autres en se vengeant ainsi . Ces personnes ont meme eu laudace de me dire qu ils avait paye 130€ d autoroute , que voulez t ils que Je les rembourse?????

Location très correcte
Cette location nous a donné satisfaction, équipée comme il se doit pour passer un agréable séjour, spacieuse et confortable. Nous étions 7 dont 3 enfants. Endroit très calme et pas loin des plages de Cabourg. Propriétaires discrets.
