If you're looking for a villa in an excellent location, yet still close to the city, near beaches, and various amenities, then Villa Lealeana is definitely a place you shouldn't miss. Located in the Veruda Porat district in Pula, this villa, which spans 500 m², accommodates up to 18 people and is the perfect choice for larger groups or families. On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace. There is also a sauna, a gym, a billiard table, and a laundry room. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms with double beds. Each room has its own TV, a private bathroom, and a terrace with a beautiful view. Additionally, there is a tavern with a kitchen and a terrace with a large table. The second floor consists of a living room with access to a large terrace, a kitchen, and two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The courtyard of the villa offers various amenities such as a pool surrounded by sun loungers, a barbecue, a large table for gatherings, a covered jacuzzi, 2 showers and a toilet, as well as a trampoline, swings, and a slide for the little ones.
