Discover the perfect getaway at the Bellevue 03 holiday apartment in Laboe on the Baltic Sea. This charming accommodation provides space for up to four guests across 45 square meters and is equipped with one bedroom and one bathroom. The apartment features modern furnishings that create a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy the comfort of home with a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee machine. Relax in the cozy living area, which also features comfortable sofas, a television, and WLAN access with fast internet (fiber). The bright and friendly furnished residence has a combined living-sleeping-dining area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with an almost level-access shower cubicle, and a small furnished terrace. Through the spacious hallway with a wardrobe and storage cabinet, you enter the combined living area. There, a very well-lit kitchenette with an oven and dishwasher awaits you. Enough dishes & cutlery are located in the hanging cabinets and the nearby sideboard. The dining area is equipped with 4 comfortable chairs. The sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) has a lying surface height of 60 cm with a continuous mattress. In the separate bedroom (bed size 180 x 200 cm), you'll quickly land in the land of dreams (access is only possible via the open foot end). A cozy beach chair for beautiful sunny days and mild evenings directly on the beach is available to you free of charge from April to early October. Please note that the parking lift space (L 500cm x W 200cm x H 150cm) in the underground garage is suitable for cars up to a maximum height of 1.50 m. Larger cars and vans need to find a public space nearby. Paid parking options are available 50 meters away.
The vacation apartment also offers a sunny terrace – ideal for enjoying the peace with a cup of coffee or starting the day with breakfast outdoors. The bathroom is designed modernly and equipped with a hairdryer and a spacious shower.
This apartment is also suitable for guests planning a longer stay, as it allows for long-term rental. Laboe on the Baltic Sea, a beautiful place with a maritime flair.
Laboe is situated directly on the Kiel Fjord and the Baltic Sea, making it an ideal vacation spot for both young and old. The expansive Baltic Sea beach invites visitors to swim in the summer and to take long walks in the winter. Laboe is located on the busiest major shipping route in the world - a paradise for 'viewing people' - you can't get closer. The beaches are shallow and child-friendly and are a popular area among kite surfers throughout the year. In the town center, you have all the daily necessities available such as bakeries, ice cream shops, and stores for daily needs. The larger supermarkets are located at the entrance of the town. By car, you can reach the state capital Kiel in less than 20 minutes. If you prefer something more tranquil, take the scheduled ship during the summer months and embark on a mini-cruise from the Laboe port to the jetty, right in the center of Kiel. The world-famous Naval Memorial and the Technical Museum U995 in the form of a submarine are also always worth a visit. Laboe is always worth a trip.
