Discover the charming holiday home "Villa Nebenan" in Flensburg. The holiday home, renovated by us in 2022 and lovingly furnished, is in a quiet location looking for conscientious guests - perfect for a relaxing vacation between the North and Baltic Seas.
Across a total of 125 sqm and two floors, our house features a bright, spacious entry area, through which one enters the open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is direct access to a small sunny terrace with a generous natural garden. Also located on the ground floor is a shower room with toilet.
On the 1st floor are 3 rooms, one of which is equipped with 1 double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with a TV and a sofa bed, as well as 1 shower room with toilet. Parking and bike storage facilities are located directly on the property.
Our Villa-Nebenan is a non-smoking house and can be booked for 3 nights or more.
For your comfort, beds are made and towels are included.

Our "Villa Nebenan" is located in Flensburg-Tarup on the southern outskirts in a quiet, green residential area, with good transport connections. In summer, the nearby beaches invite you to relax and even in autumn and winter, the coastal region is an ideal place for extensive walks along the North and Baltic Seas.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht
In der Villa Nebenan fühlten wir drei Freundinnen uns nach herzlicher persönlicher Begrüßung sofort wie zu Hause. Die qualitativ hochwertige Einrichtung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche ist modern, stilvoll und trotzdem gemütlich. Die Zimmeraufteilung mit einem Doppel- und einem Zweibettzimmer ist ideal, zudem kann bei Bedarf eine separate Schlafcouch für bis zu zwei weitere Personen genutzt werden. Praktisch sind die zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Dusche. An der Sauberkeit war im ganzen Haus nichts zu beanstanden. Leider hatten wir zu wenig Zeit, um die Sonne auf der Terrasse oder im Garten zu genießen.
Die Kommunikation mit Jutta Remmer per E-Mail, Telefon, WhatsApp oder persönlich war vor und während unseres Aufenthalts stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch bei einer kurzfristigen Frage zur Nutzung des Herds mit Ceranfeld kam sie spontan aus dem Nachbarhaus zu Hilfe.
Die Lage am östlichen Stadtrand von Flensburg ist ruhig. Dennoch sind ein Bäcker, eine Apotheke und die Bushaltestelle in Richtung Stadtzentrum an der Taruper Hauptstraße sowie das eigene Elternhaus (ursprünglich ausschlaggebend für die Buchung) fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein PKW-Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür auf dem Grundstück.
Unser Kurzurlaub war viel zu schnell vorbei, wir wären gern länger geblieben.
