This villa is a beautifully restored stone house situated on its own 700 square metre fenced plot in the village of Vosteni near Sv. Lovrec. In the village of Sv. Lovrec there is a shop, pizzeria and cash machine and in Porec, 15 km away, the nearest beach and various sports and cultural activities.
From the outdoor facilities, the holiday home has a 37m2 swimming pool, shaded pergola with traditional built-in barbecue, as well as the covered terrace with a dining table, the perfect place for your outdoor dining and relaxation.
Thanks to the fenced plot, guests' privacy is guaranteed. Two parking spaces are available directly at the house. The owner does not live on the property.
The house offers space for 6-8 people with a living area of approx. 168 square metres spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor of the house is the tastefully furnished living area with fireplace, kitchen with dining table with access to the covered terrace and garden with pool, as well as a shower/WC.
On the first floor this house offers a spacious bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower/bathtub, access to the covered balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the Istrian landscape. 2 further bedrooms share the bathroom with shower/wc in the hallway. One of them with double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. Youth groups are not allowed.
