Holiday home for 6 people (max. 4 adults and 2 children) for rent on the idyllic Silbersee in the Kurhessian mountains.
The holiday home is partly newly furnished. It has 2 bedrooms with balconies and 1 bedroom with a separate toilet (all bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds), as well as a bathroom/toilet, kitchen, dining area and large living room.
The holiday home has 75 m² of living space and approx. 610 m² of land. In addition to the natural swimming lake, you will also find many leisure activities, such as: B. the WellnessParadies, the toboggan run with a restaurant, various playgrounds, a sandy beach, an indoor playground, a high ropes park and much more. * Tent possible in the garden by arrangement.
* Bringing a pet is possible by arrangement.
The tourist tax of €1.00 (per day and per person) must be paid on site (children aged 6-18 €0.50). Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. For a fee, bed linen can be rented for the duration of your stay.
We are happy to provide you with a children's travel cot and a children's high chair free of charge.
The holiday home is completely furnished and has 3 bedrooms, bathroom/toilet, guest toilet, kitchen, dining area and large living room. In the holiday home you will find an oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and dishes for 6 people. The holiday home was built in 1980 and has since been renovated. Bed linen can be provided upon request for an additional charge of €8 per person, unfortunately we cannot provide towels.
There are various options for heating in the holiday home. Using night storage heating or a heat pump (electricity calculated based on consumption, from January 1st, 2023 40 cents/kWh)) or using the fireplace (firewood is free of charge).
