This modern holiday villetta "VISTAMARE" is located in a newly built small residence by the sea near the mountain village NEBIDA. The villetta has a living area of about 80 sqm on 2 levels for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults + 1 child. On the 1st level, there is 1 living/dining room with integrated kitchen - 1 bathroom and a furnished terrace with sea view. On the upper level, there are 1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom with a convertible double bed and another bathroom. Only the master bedroom has air conditioning and it is sufficient for the entire house. There is a sofa bed for one more person in the living area.

Additional equipment: washing machine - air conditioning - LCD TV - microwave - toaster - fridge/freezer - gas stove with oven - kettle - hairdryer - baby cot - high chair - coffee maker - patio furniture - BBQ facilities - free parking on the premises. For the stay of multiple families, friends, acquaintances, or larger groups, additional holiday homes of this type can be booked in the complex. Prices for bookings of multiple houses are available upon request!
