Nice apartment with a small terrace in a residential complex with swimming pool in the beautiful town of Sirmione, a few steps from the lake and the beach.

The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the first floor and can be reached on foot. From the entrance you enter the bright, tastefully furnished living room, equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table and TV. From here you can access the small terrace where there is another dining table to eat outdoors on the sunny days by the lake.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, whose design recalls the silver tones of the rest of the house: the first is furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and shoe cabinet, while the second is equipped with a bunk bed, chest of drawers and shoe cabinet.
A bathroom with a large shower completes the apartment.

Guests have at their disposal amenities such as air conditioning in the hallway, free Wi-Fi and independent heating for colder days.

*We advise our guests that the apartment is currently being renovated and repainted, so there will be scaffolding, which will not cause noise.
*The pool is open from June 1st to September 30th. A swimming cap is required.
