A cosy and affordable holiday home.
Schoneveld 153 of type Duinroos is a charming holiday home with large windows that always give you the idea that you are sitting in the garden. The interior is practical and cosy, an ideal combination for a carefree holiday. The design and colours create the cheerful look of this bungalow.
Through the entrance, you enter the living room with an open-plan kitchen. Two fully opening doors give you access to a beautiful conservatory, where you already imagine yourself in the garden. There is direct access to the garden via this conservatory. Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with 1 double bed, shower and toilet.
The stairs to the upper floor lead to an open room that can be used as a ‘playroom’. This room leads to the second bedroom with 1 double bed. All beds have mattress protectors, duvets and pillows.
Private parking is also available. Dune Rose 153 has a lovely enclosed garden with plenty of privacy.

Sehr schön war das große Grundstück und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Die Möglichkeit das Auto auf dem Abgeschlossenen Gelände zu parken ist auch sehr von Vorteil.

Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Der Wintergarten ist eher dürftig und offen. Die Grünfläche am Haus ist eher ungepflegt. Im Haus stört die Matratze. Zu weich und billig. Die Sitzposition zum Fernsehen ist fast unmöglich und sehr unbequem. Ein direkter Blick auf das TV ist aufgrund der Stellung der Sofas gar nicht möglich. Die Schiebetür zur Toilette klemmt häufig. Die 1. Etage ist sehr schön! Kücheneinrichtung ist gut. Aber ein Toaster fehlt. Dafür sind Gewürze und sogar Kaffee vorhanden! Insgesamt gebe ich 8 von 10 möglichen Punkten für die Unterkunft. - Für die Vermittler, das Verhuurcentrum gebe ich gerne 10 Punkte! Wir kennen uns seit sehr vielen Jahren. Stets sehr freundlich, absolut korrekt und sehr persönlich zu mir. Immer wieder eine große Freude!!
