The flat is located on the upper floor of our house in the Maadebogen district of Wilhelmshaven, a quiet residential area near the Maade.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a new fitted kitchen, a spacious living and dining room, a daylight bathroom with shower and bathtub, three bedrooms (the master bedroom with a 2x2 m bed, a bedroom with a 1.40 m futon bed and a third bedroom with a single bed) and a small storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The flat is a non-smoking flat and has no balcony. However, there is a small seating area in front of the house which you are welcome to use.
Excursion destinations can be easily reached from here by bike (a walking and cycling path to the Maadetal starts right next to the house) or, of course, by car.
Bikers welcome!!! Our property is completely closed at night, motorbikes can be parked either in our spacious driveway or, in bad weather, in the carport.

Maadebogen is a district of the independent city of Wilhelmshaven in Lower Saxony.
Maadebogen can be reached directly via the A29 Maadebogen motorway exit. There is also a bus stop just a few minutes' walk away. You will receive detailed directions when you book.
A supermarket with bakery is a 10-minute walk away. Other shops, a bank branch and restaurants are around 1.5 km away and the Wilhelmshaven hospital with medical centre and pharmacy can also be reached in a few minutes.
