The apartment facing the main road was simply too loud. As soon as the windows were opened, even at night, you couldn't hear your own words anymore. Not to mention sleep. The kitchen equipment was inadequate. The dining table was too small and wobbly for 2 people. Cutlery was gathered together. The whole house, especially towards the back, was just rundown.
