Description

Villa Elit is located in Sumpetar. It features 5 accommodation units. All units feature private bathroom, kitchen or kitchenette and common outdoor swimming pool and furnished terrace with sunbeds. Free WiFi and air conditioning are provided, so as private parking. Ironing facilities and laundry service are available on request. Pets are welcome with fees of 4 € per day.

This lovely two bedroom apartment with terrace features air conditioning, free WiFi and flat screen TV. The equipped kitchenette comes with dining area/table and features stove, refrigerator and kettle. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo and soap. BBQ facilities are provided. Common swimming pool is provided, so as terrace with sunbeds and outdoor dining area.

Private parking is provided, reservation is not required. Ironing facilities and laundry service are available on request.

Sumpetar in Croatia is a small tourist village situated on the western border of Omis Riviera. It is located 6 kilometers west from Omis, in the direction of Split. The nearest beach is located 70 m away from the property, while market, restaurant and bus station can be found in 50 m range. The nearest pharmacy is 2 km away.

From Sumpetar you can easily reach Omis and Split (20 kilometers to the west), either using many local buses or by car. The nearest bus station is 50 m away from the property.
