The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 2000, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in the typical local style and for practical use. The property is situated in the town centre, near the old town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. Available for use: sunshade, terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Medulin, district Centar, 50 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (200 m).

Special
Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite. The accommodation is furnished to be allergy-friendly.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection. The final cleaning is carried out by a professional company. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 50 m, town centre 50 m. For a relaxing holiday, a car is not necessary. In summer: Medulin, Bijeca 250 m in Medulin Riva (beach 700 m in Bijeca Medulin with sand, pebbles, rocks and bathing platforms). Dog beach in AC Medulin 1000 m.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads via 2 steps and the terrace directly into the open-plan living kitchen with seating area and doors to all rooms.
Basement: Kitchen (20 sqm) with TV, air conditioning, dining area, electric cooker (induction hob, 2 rings), extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, access to the terrace and microwave with grill.
Ground floor: Living room (20 sqm) with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size). Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

The hosting of parties and events is prohibited.
