Der Kunde/Mieter hat stattdessen die Möglichkeit gegenüber dem Vermieter / Hausbesitzer den Nachweis zuführen, dass dem Vermieter / Hausbesitzer gar kein Schaden oder ein geringerer Schaden entstanden ist. Für den Mieter und dessen Familienangehörige (Ehefrau / Ehemann, Sohn und Tochter) ist automatisch bei Buchung eine Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung RRV (Basisschutz) im Mietpreis mit enthalten. Für alle anderen mitreisenden Personen wird der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung dringend empfohlen, um finanzielle Nachteile im Falle einer Stornierung auszuschließen.
